• Booking a meeting — when you use the Google Calendar booking link, Google collects your name, email address, and any message you provide. This is processed by Google under their own privacy policy.
• WhatsApp contact — when you initiate a WhatsApp conversation, WhatsApp (Meta) processes your phone number and message content under their own privacy policy.
• Email contact — when you send us an email, we receive your email address and the content of your message. We use this solely to respond to your enquiry.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and, if relevant, to follow up on a potential business relationship. We do not use it for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
